Martine的母亲珍妮是她的经理，还照顾她的Fans俱乐部。她有一个弟弟叫L.J，一个妹妹叫Isla．10岁时，她在著名的意大利康帝阶段学校上学。她还是个孩子时，就出现在一些广告牌中。1989年，她在‘BBC children's series Bluebirds’比赛中胜出，之后出演了一些影视角色。15岁时，她被选进all-girl band 'Milan'这个组合，去过东方巡演，但在1994年4月解散了。Martine的大突破是在1995年1月，她与Tiffany Raymond（蒂芙尼雷蒙德）组成 'Eastenders'.4年后，Tiffany嫁给了Grant，有了个女儿，现在已经结束了歌唱生涯。Martine先后发行了两支单曲（'Perfect Moment' and 'I've Got You'）和一张最畅销的专辑。他的下一首歌 'Love Me'是为了儿童福利，发行于11月22日。
