易小迪先生于1999年创立阳光100企业，并一直出任阳光100集团董事长及总裁。他是一位低调而谦逊的企业家，同时也是最富有远见和创新精神的行业领袖之一。

易小迪先生是中国房地产行业的先锋人物，1991年共同创办了万通企业，任常务董事及常务副总裁。1992年创办广西万通企业。任总经理。成功开发广西南宁万通空中花园、新万通购物广场、新万通宾馆等。1998年，投资北京现代城1号公寓，开发南宁欧景庭园住宅项目。1999年在北京CBD成功开发阳光100国际公寓项目，创立“阳光100”品牌。2000年后，阳光100进入快速发展期，在行业中率先实施全国城市布局与品牌连锁开发，公司规模迅速扩大，成长为中国最大的房地产企业集团之一。2003年，创建阳光壹佰置业集团有限公司，任董事长。

易小迪先生坚定主张“思想先行”，推崇“真实与简朴”的价值观，并使之成为阳光100企业精神和品牌文化的核心。

Sunshine100 Real Estate Group was founded by Mr. Yi Xiaodi (Chairman & President) in 1999, in which take up the post of Chairman and President all the while. He’s a modest and behavior of low-pitched entrepreneur with the innovative spirit and foresight.

Mr. Yi Xiaodi is the pioneer of real estate industry in China, in which co-founded Vantone Co. Ltd. as assume the office of Deputy Chairman and Vice President in 1991. In 1992, he founded Guangxi Vantone Co. Ltd., in which participate in a list of property project development. Sunshine100 was founded by him in 1999 that successfully developed the “sunshine100 international mansion” in CBD of Beijing. Since 2000, Sunshine100 stepped into fast growing phase that initially implement the brand chain development strategy in different cities of nation wide; the scale of corporation was rapidly expanded that become the top real estate corporation in China.

Mr. Yi Xiaodi is born in 1964, Hunan province who obtained the Bachelor degree in Science from Beijing Normal University. He re-graduated from RENMIN University of China that obtained the Master of Economy degree.
