李先德
中国农科院博导男，1964年9月生于湖北省监利县。现为中国农业科学院招聘杰出人才，研究员。曾主持和参与国家科委，经济合作与发展组织（OECD）,
欧盟（EU）等多项大型研究项目。公开发表论文40多篇，其中译著和译文4篇。研究领域为中国农业发展，农业政策，项目监测评价和农民经济等。 学历
