宋纯鹏

宋纯鹏
1962年1月出生,博士,教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者,省管专家,国务院特殊津贴专家,河南省特聘教授。在英国Lancaster大学和美国Arizona大学从事植物分子遗传学和基因组学研究。现为河南省第十届政协委员,河南大学副校长,兼河南省植物逆境生物学重点实验室主任。
宋教授长期从事保卫细胞氧化信号转导、植物应答逆境的分子及基因组学研究。采用激光共聚焦和膜片钳技术分析研究ABA诱导气孔关闭信号转导链的中间环节,并通过对拟南芥活性氧突变体的分析,鉴定保卫细胞氧化反应所必须的遗传位点,对其基因产物进行定性分析。通过遗传学手段,鉴定ABA和干旱信号转导的中间成分及其所调控基因表达的可能模式。曾主持国家973重大基础研究规划项目、国家杰出青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金重点及面上项目等国家级研究项目多项。在The Plant Cell,PNAS, Plant Physiology, Plant Molecular Biology,Cell Research等国内外著名刊物上发表学术论文40余篇,出版教材及专著3部。为世界著名生物学杂志The Plant Journal、 Plant Physiology 和Plant Molecular Biology审稿人,《植物生理及分子生物学学报》等生物学刊物的常务编委、责任编委,中国细胞生物学会、中国植物学会和中国植物生理学会等多个全国性学术机构的专业委员会负责人。

1. 保卫细胞氧化信号转导: 研究ABA诱导气孔关闭信号转导链的中间环节,采用激光共聚焦和膜片钳技术分析ABA诱导保卫细胞内H2O2的产生以及对膜离子通道活性的影响,并通过对拟南芥活性氧突变体的分析,鉴定保卫细胞氧化反应所必须的遗传位点,对其基因产物进行定性分析。
2. ABA和干旱胁迫调节基因表达的分子机制: 通过遗传学手段,鉴定ABA和干旱信号转导的中间成分及其所调控基因表达的可能模式。
