郑伟涛(吉林大学)

1.吉林大学教授人物简介

郑伟涛 ,男,1963年3月25日生。现任吉林大学材料科学与工程学院院长,吉林大学材料研究所所长,教授,博士生导师。兼任中国晶体学会理事,中国材料研究学会青委会理事,中国晶体学会X射线衍射专业委员会委员,中国物理学会表面与界面专业委员会委员。国际衍射数据中心( ICDD)委员、ICDD材料专业委员会委员、ICDD X射线衍射方法专业委员会委员。 2005年受聘为“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授。

自工作以来,共发表SCI收录学术论文百余篇。1991年获国家教委科技进步二等奖(主要参加者),2000年获吉林省青年科技奖。2002年获吉林省科技进步二等奖。主持863国防先进材料重大专项科研项目一项,国家杰出青年基金一项,主持国家自然科学基金、总装部、教育部、吉林省科技厅等其它科研项目十余项。科研经费愈四百万。

现主要从事超硬、纳米和功能薄膜材料,材料的计算机模拟等研究。1994年-1997年师从国际著名薄膜材料与物理学家 Jan-Eric Sundgren 教授, 在瑞典林雪平大学物理系参加欧洲共同体联合研究课题“ CN薄膜材料的研究”,并成为该课题主要研究成员之一。1997年回国后,继续从事并领导吉林大学材料科学系开展CN薄膜材料方面的研究工作。1999年2月至2000年9月受邀到日本千叶工业大学做客座研究员,合作并指导有关CN薄膜微波等离子体CVD制备及表征的研究工作。其研究成果先后在国际重要学术杂志 《 J. Vac. Sci. Technol. 》《 Appl. Phys. Lett. 》 《 Phys. Rev. B 》等上发表。其中在 《 J. Vac. Sci. Technol. 》 上发表的论文被国外同行专家引用百余次,据由国家科学技术部和中国科技信息研究所公布的 1999年全国科技论文被SCI引用数的统计与分析结果显示,该篇国际论文被引数全国排位第六名。所发表的论文共计被引用二百余次,他引200多次(截止2002年2月)。多次参加在美国,法国,瑞典,香港,新加坡等国家和地区举办的有关薄膜材料的国际会议(ISTP收录文章10篇)。1994年得到国家教育部培养跨世纪人才优秀中青年出国项目资助。1999年被教育部遴选为骨干教师并获资助,同年获教育部优秀年轻教师基金。2001年获吉林省杰出青年基金。2001年获政府特殊津贴。2002年获高校青年教师奖,新加坡TAN CHIN TUAN学者交流奖。
