郭晓奎
郭晓奎，男，生物化学博士。上海交通大学医学院病原生物学教研室主任、教授、博士生导师；上海交通大学医学科学院分子微生物学研究组组长。全国优秀教师，上海市教学名师和优秀学科带头人。国家精品课程《医学微生物学》负责人，十一五”国家规划教材“病原生物学”和“病原生物学（双语）”主编，上海交通大学病原生物学教学团队首席教授。主要从事病原基因组学、医学分子细菌学和益生菌的研究，具体主要研究方向为：1. 钩端螺旋体基因组与蛋白质组研究;2. 病原细菌的检测和监测技术研究; 3. 益生菌功能与安全性以及口腔菌群与疾病的研究.近3年来承担的科研项目主要有国家自然科学基金、科技部863计划、“十一五”传染病重大专项、上海市科委等项目。
