南京中船绿洲机器有限公司系南京绿洲机器厂与镇江中船设备有限公司镇江船舶辅机厂重组改制设立的有限责任公司，隶属中国船舶工业集团公司。占地面积45万平方米，员工2800余人，其中工程技术人员500名。具有产品设计、研制、生产、销售和技术服务等完善的生产经营管理体系，企业已通过了ISO9001：2000标准和军工产品质量管理体系认证。并多年获省市“重合同、守信用企业”称号。
