2.高明远1956年8月生，河北丰宁人，满族，初中文化，内蒙古太仆寺旗草原酿酒有限责任公司供应科业务员。1981年在太旗白酒厂工作，1982年任生产班组长，他所带的班组多次被评为先进班组，同时他多次被评为先进个人，在此期间，被选为历届厂职代会代表，1991年被任命为车间主任，1992年初被任命为厂供应科唯一的业务员、1998年1月当选为自治区第九届人大代表，并代表全旗20万人民出席了自治区九届一次人民代表大会。
