艾希成
1965年出生于辽宁省朝阳县。
教育背景：
哈尔滨师范大学物理系理学学士（1988年）；
吉林大学物理系光学专业理学硕士（1991年）；
吉林大学理论化学研究所物理化学专业理学博士（1994年）。
工作经历：
北京大学物理系光学专业博士后（1994－1996年）；
北京理工大学化工与材料学院副教授（1996－1998年）；
日本名古屋大学理工综合研究中心访问研究员（1996.12－1997.7年）；中国科学院化学研究所分子动态及稳态结构国家重点实验室高级访问学者（1998－2000年）；中国科学院化学研究所分子动态及稳态结构国家重点实验室研究员，博士生导师（2000-2005年）；
中国人民大学化学系教授（2005年迄今）。

研究兴趣：
1. 化学小分子与生物大分子相互作用机理；
2. 光电功能材料电荷转移和能量传递机理；
3. 光化学反应机理；
4. 非线性光学材料。
