徐立进
1970年出生于山东省青岛市。

工作经历：
英国利物浦大学化学系博士后（1998-2000年）；
英国拉夫堡大学化学系博士后（2000-2001年）；
香港理工大学化学与生物工程学系博士后（2001-2005年）；
中国人民大学化学系副教授（2005年迄今）
教授课程：有机化学实验，金属有机化学，有机光谱分析和绿色化学
研究兴趣：
徐立进副教授所从事的专业包括有机化学和金属有机化学，其主要研究方向是利用过渡金属催化剂进行高效高选择性有机合成新反应、新方法和手性化合物的合成。研究的目标是发现和发展基于绿色化学为基础的新合成方法学，探索新一代物质转化的途径。主要研究方向有以下几个方面：（1）过渡金属催化的不对称有机合成方法学研究；（2）过渡金属催化的C-C合成反应研究；（3）杂环化合物的有效合成。
科研项目：
（1） 中国人民大学“引进人才启动基金”，过渡金属催化的有机合成新方法学研究，50万元（2005年-2008年）；
（2） 国家自然科学基金面上项目，主任基金，2-芳基烯丙基的不对称氢化反应研究，8万元（2006年-2007年）。
