补丁熊
A Tatty Teddy Story The oldest, smallest house you can imagine was about to be knocked down. All the things that once made the house nice and cosy had been thrown outside and piled up in the front garden from the soft springy bed the owners slept in, to old wooden floorboards they used to walk on… …and even, surely by some mistake… a little brown teddy bear. He was trapped amongst all the other unwanted things, and couldn’t move. Then, one day… a very, very cold day, something fell from the sky… …a little snowflake. It landed on the teddy bear’s little nose and was then followed by many more. He began to get cold, very cold indeed. More and more snow fell, heavier and heavier. The little bear was now so cold that his nose started turning blue… …so cold that his brown fur started turning grey. He was so cold, unloved and all alone in the world, and felt very, very sad. Winter finally passed and the weather got warmer, and, one beautiful spring day, a little girl was playing near the old house, when she spotted the grey bear in the pile of unwanted things. He was like no other bear she had ever seen, and she pulled him out from where he was trapped. She dusted him down and lifted him high in the sky to look at him, “ A grey teddy bear…with a blue nose?” She thought. “ How strange!” The teddy bear wanted to cry. He thought she didn’t like him and would throw him back with the other unwanted things. “ But he’s lovely.” She continued and she fell completely love with him. She ran home as fast… … as her little legs would carry her … to see whether her Grandma could patch him up, … as a lot of his stuffing had fallen out, and he was very much in the need of repair. It was all cosy and warm in the little girl’s house, and the bear felt cosy and warm in his heart. However his nose was still blue and his fur was still grey, and they would never return to brown. He was unique amongst teddy bears. The little girl gave him a great big hug. She loved him more than anything else in the world… Her little, grey, blue nosed…tatty teddy. She looked on as her Grandma replaced his stuffing, and patched up his holes. His stitches had started showing where the fur had worn away, but the little girl thought he looked perfect...
从前，一座又老又旧的小房子要被推倒了.
从床到木头地板,所有曾经使房子变得美好舒适的东西都被扔了出去, 堆在了房子前面的花园里.
其中包括了一只小小的褐色的泰迪熊. 它被困在其他那些不要的东西里面, 一动也不能动.
后来, 有一天, 非常非常冷的一天, 有东西从天上掉下来了...一片小小的雪花...它轻轻落在了小熊的鼻子上, 接着越来越多的雪花飘了下来.
小熊开始觉得冷了.
雪越下越大, 小熊越来越冷, 好冷啊, 冷的它的鼻子开始逐渐变成了蓝色, 冻的它的绒毛开始变成了灰色.
小熊觉得在这个世界上又冷又孤单, 没有人来爱它, 它好难过好难过...
冬天终于过去了, 天气开始渐渐暖和起来.
春天里的一天, 一个小女孩在老房子附近玩耍. 她发现了躺在那堆垃圾中的小熊, 一只她似乎从来没有见过的小熊.
她小心地把它从那堆困住它的东西中拉了出来.
小女孩拍掉小熊身上的灰尘, 把它高高的举在空中, 仰头看着它. 阳光洒在他们身上.
"一只灰色的泰迪熊...鼻子是蓝色的." 她说道, "多奇怪呀!"
小熊快要哭了, 它想小女孩一定不喜欢它, 会把它再丢回那堆不要的东西里去了.
"但是," 小女孩接着说, "它真可爱!" 她完全爱上了它.
她飞快地跑回家, 希望奶奶可以帮她修补好小熊. 小熊掉了很多棉花, 真的很需要修补.
小女孩看着奶奶重新给小熊填上棉花, 又帮它补好有洞的地方. 补丁很明显,一看就让人知道原来小熊破损的地方在哪里. 可是小女孩觉得它看起来非常完美.
小女孩的家里好舒服好温暖, 小熊的心里也这样觉得.
然而,它的鼻子还是蓝色的, 绒毛还是灰色的, 永远也不会再变会褐色的了. 它成了所有泰迪熊只中最特别的一只.
小女孩给了它一个大大的拥抱. 她爱这只小熊胜过世上的一切, 这只小小的, 灰色的, 蓝鼻子的破旧的泰迪熊.......
我们每个人都可能是这只灰色的蓝鼻子小熊, 不论是被人无意还是有意丢弃的, 不论时间把我们变成什么样子, 都不要难过. 因为当冬天过去, 春天来了, 那个发现你的小女孩出现时, 在她的面前你永远是最完美的...
几年后，Tatty Teddy成为友情和爱情的象征，忙着帮助人们联络情感。它的脚上绣着“Me to You”。两个人之间的距离，人不能搞定，泰迪熊却可以。 Tatty Teddy的粉丝很多，男男女女，老老少少，也就是说喜欢它的人好多好多。看它乐得捂着嘴偷笑。
