上茂公司配合中国政府“西气东输”政策针对建厂、开发区、住宅、饭店、医院、化工厂、食品厂及电子厂提供了一系列的天然气涡轮发电机组（Gas Turbine），及电公车（Hybrid Electrical Bus）,产品，并提供规划设计，效益评估及售后服务等完善之服务。
