1. 什么是 Google Labs？
Google 实验室是为 Google 工程师和有探索精神的 Google 用户而开设的演练场。喜欢奇思幻想的 Google 员工将他们的原型产品放到 Google 实验室并征询关于技术使用或改进的反馈意见。这些试验并不保证能成功登上 Google.com ，因为这其实是开发过程的第一阶段。我们邀请有探索精神的 Google 用户试用任意或所有在这里的原型产品并将他们的意见直接发送给开发这些产品的 Google 人员。使用本网站时请记得戴上您的安全护目镜。
2. 到底是谁开发了这些产品？
是 Google 工程师和研究人员。因为这些 Google 员工仅在业余时间支持这些项目，所以如果某个演示不能运行或者运行缓慢，我们在此请求您的谅解。
3. 随着时间的推移，这些试验产品会怎么样呢？
这取决于您。您的意见和来自其他用户的反馈信息能成为把某个项目加到 Google.com 的考虑。其它一些产品可能会销声匿迹，不再被提起。
4. 到底为什么 Google 决定这样做呢？
Google 工程师和研究人员一直在寻找展示他们心爱产品的方式。这对他们似乎是个不错的途径，他们能获得反馈信息却不需将每一个新的功能强加给所有的 Google 用户。因此，请发送一条信息让他们知道这项技术是否实用。请您开诚布公。如果一个槽糕的想法像毒草一样得到鼓励蔓延，这对大家都没有好处。
5. 上周我试用的那个很酷的产品怎么了？
Google Labs 的原型产品本意是把它们作为低维护试验品。如果一个产品因为没有人有足够的兴趣使用而消失，则该产品可能不够稳定让用户试用，或者因其太成功导致过度使用使服务器负载过重。当某个特定应用程序不再出现时，立刻会有一些同样有趣的东西来替换它。
6. 我知道如何使其中的一个试验产品真正有用。我该跟谁联系？
请将您的观点、意见、建议和不愉快的使用经历通过电子邮件发给我们，或者将它们张贴到您提及的特定产品的新闻论坛上。每个新闻论坛的联系邮件地址和新闻论坛均链接到实验室主页上。您对这些原型产品的反馈信息是开发过程的重要部分，我们非常感谢您的参与。
