宋启军
宋启军，男，汉族，1965年1月出生于新疆伊宁， 中共党员。1986年7月本科毕业于新疆大学化学系，获理学学士学位。同年考取北京理工大学（原北京工业学院）和新疆大学联合培养硕士研究生，师从鲍永和教授和周馨我教授，研究方向为环境分析化学，1989年毕业获工学硕士学位。同年9月开始在新疆大学化学系任教，1992年晋升讲师，1997年晋升副教授。其间主要从事分析化学的教学和科研工作。1999年获国家留学基金资助赴英国赫尔大学化学系做访问研究，主要从事联吡啶钌电致化学发光现象的研究及其在杀虫剂和毒品分析中的应用。2000年开始在该校攻读博士学位，师从Greenway教授，主要从事微芯片电泳分离与ICP－MS接口技术的研究及其在元素形态分析方面的应用。2003年7月毕业获博士学位，并于同年9月开始在江南大学化学与材料工程学院任教。 2005年晋升为教授，06年被评为博士生导师。

1) 化学发光及电致化学发光新体系的研究及其分析应用；
2) 电致化学发光器件的研制；
3) 微流控分析及仪器的微型化；
4) 有机污染物的光化学降解及过程监测。

1）2004-2006 ，主持英国皇家化学会研究基金项目，“化学发光法测定多环芳烃及腐植酸的研究”。
2）2005-2006，主持国家教育部归国留学人员科研基金项目，“微芯片电泳化学发光 法测定环境样品中多环芳烃及腐植酸的研究”。
3）2005-2006，参加国家食品药品管理局项目“化妆品安全调研”，主持子课题之一的“牙膏宣称及可疑有害物质的调研”。
