济南期刊采编中心（以下简称 采编中心）是由济南天之信有限公司下属采编部联通国家学术期刊社，发起组建的学术性期刊采编单位。在互联网、济南、山东乃至全国运作着采编工作。
采编中心是法定的学术期刊采编单位。济南期刊采编中心网站是采编中心为更多学术期刊杂志运作采编的平台，促进期刊网络的利用与资源共享，提高采编中心的知名度，为更多学者服务。本着促进科技进步，科技文献共建共享、服务社会的原则，采编中心与多个学术期刊所签署了合作协议，并委托各地采编中心共同运作采编工作。
