廖蕾
男，博士生； 1981 年 10 月出生 , 2004 年 6 月获得武汉大学物理本科学位，2004年开始做为武汉大学博士生攻读物理系博士学位，期间参加教育部访学计划赴中国科学院物理研究所学习两年，2007－2008年作为研究助理在新加坡南洋理工做访问研究。2004年获得湖北省优秀本科论文，2005年获得武汉大学安泰创新奖学金，2006年获得武汉大学珈玮奖学金，2007年获得全国宝钢优秀特等奖学金，2008年获得新加坡千禧奖。
近期的主要研究领域是一维 ZnO，过渡族氧化物以及碳纳米管等纳米结构、 掺杂、离子注入和电子场发射特性，及其它相关材料光学、磁学性质，气敏传感，晶体场效应管等研究。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文 20 多篇。
