基布兹
基布兹（希伯来文קיבוץ，英文kibbutz（复数kibbutzim））是一种以色列的集体社区。虽然其它国家也有公社企业，但没有哪一个国家让自愿的集体社区扮演象基布兹在以色列扮演的那样重要的角色；确实，基布兹在以色列的创建中扮演本质性角色。
