中国交通通信中心
中国交通通信中心为交通运输部部属一级事业单位，受部委托负责全国交通通信的管理工作，负责交通部无线电管理领导小组的日常工作。交通部无线电管理领导小组办公室亦设在中国交通通信中心。中国交通通信中心实行事业单位企业化管理，为适应国际海事卫星系统的需要由所属北京船舶通信导航公司承担经营、业务、技术等发展责任。
中国交通通信中心主任兼任交通部无线电管理领导小组办公室主任及北京船舶通信导航公司总裁，并以相应身份开展国内外工作。中国交通通信中心领导成员为：主任：杨洪义；党委书记：钟阳；副主任：李兴林、殷林、何惠良。
As an institution under the Ministry of Transport, China Transportation & Telecommunication Center is authorized to manage nationwide transportation and telecommunication, issues and to fulfill the daily routine of the Radio Leadership Team of the Ministry of Communications. The Radio Leadership Team Office is co-located with in China Transportation & Telecommunication Center who introduces enterprise-style management. To accommodate demands of the Inmarsat system, Beijing Marine Communication & Navigation Company affiliated to it undertakes operation and development of services and technologies.
Mr. Yang Hongyi, Director of China Transportation & Telecommunication Center, Director of Radio Leadership Team Office of the Ministry of Communications and President of Beijing Marine Communication & Navigation Company, is responsible for domestic and foreign operations.
