Introduction to SCM Manufacturing

We are a manufacturing company based in Southern China in Guangdong Province with 6500 square meters of factory space. I and my partner own the company and as I am English and my business partner is Italian, you can rely on our quality standards as we supply major European and N. American manufacturers.

Areas of Manufacturing

Metal

Cold and Hot Forging, Casting, CNC Cutting, Hydraulic Pressing, Stamping and General Metal Fabrication of sheet metal plate, tubing and welded wire products in steel and aluminium.

Rubber

Injection Moulded and Extrusion Rubber Parts. Rubber Bonded to Metal Parts. Anti Vibration Rubber Mountings is a specialty which we supply worldwide.

Plastic

Injection Moulding and Extrusion of Plastic Parts.

Polyurethane

We produce PU Jounce bumpers for the auto industry and other industrial uses of PU anti vibration applications.

Mould Making

All our moulds are made in house for our Metal, Rubber and Plastic Production.

Design and Development

We have extensive experience of designing or improving designs for our customers and work very closely with them during the development of their new products.

Display Equipment

Whiteboards (Marker Boards), Whiteboard and Easels, Poster Display Easels, Storage Display Carts, Welded Wire Racks and Displays, Lecture Lecterns. These products combine metal, rubber and plastic components in their production.

Anti Vibration Mountings

Used in the manufacture of all machinery and transportation.
