陈凯奕
广东人 ，出生在餐饮世家,自小家里就是开饭店的.小的时候经常跑进厨房玩,爷爷与父亲的影响从小就已经开始学习燕鲍翅的制作，为了更好的将祖传的技艺发挥及至,多年来一直与香港名厨一起合作学习不断的改良,现在已经可以将鱼翅涨发出翅比以前多一倍,而他所涨发的海参可以从高处往地下摔不烂.陈凯奕主要以粤菜,为主。善于制作鲍参翅燕，生猛海鲜，港粤菜肴。厨艺精湛，意识超前，曾经在多家星级酒店，大型酒楼从事中厨工作，拥有丰富的厨部策划管理经验，较高档次的酒店厨政运作和管理水平。曾任北京CCTC餐饮管理培训南方区经理,他的技艺得到了人们的认同,2005年10月受《中国大厨》邀请担任燕鲍翅讲师,2006年02月《中国大厨》封面人物，现在他所讲的光盘已经成为北京某星级酒店的教材.
