中国科学院地球化学研究所研究员男,1970年11月生,理学博士,研究员,博士生导师。1994年7月毕业于长春地质学院(现吉林大学地球科学学院)应用化学及应用地球化学系,获工学学士学位。1997年8月和2001年8月分别于中国科学院地球化学研究所获理学硕士和博士学位。2002年3月至2004年4月,在日本国立放射线医学综合研究所做博士后、客座研究员。2001年8月起,任中国科学院地球化学研究所副研究员。2004年11月起,任中国科学院地球化学研究所研究员、学科带头人、学位委员会委员。现为中国民主同盟会会员、民盟贵州省委员会专家委员会委员、第八届贵州省青年联合会委员、贵州省留学归国人员理事会理事等。

目前主要从事水环境地球化学研究。主要利用微量元素、同位素及核素等地球化学示踪手段,研究地球表生水体中的微观和宏观地球化学过程,从而讨论与之相关的水污染机理、污染物迁移转化动力学以及其它相关的环境效应问题。现主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、中国科学院“西部之光联合学者项目”1项、中国科学院“创新工程重要方向项目”之课题1项。作为主要参加人或学术骨干,参加“国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(973项目)”1项、国家自然科学基金重点项目1项。
