韩庸燮
한용섭（ HAN Yong-Sup）
安保政策学博士、韩国国防大学教授，曾任韩国国防大学安全问题研究所所长。
中国外交学院访问学者（2008年底至2009年6月）。
学历：
1978年韩国首尔大学 政治学专业毕业（政治学学士）
1983年韩国首尔大学 政治学专业研究生毕业（政治学硕士）
1987年美国哈佛大学毕业（政策学硕士）
1991年美国兰德公司研究生毕业（安保政策学 博士）

1977年 第21届行政高等考试合格；
1979---1982 以海军军官身份服役；
1982—1985 韩国国防部政策规划官办公室 负责韩美年度安保会议
1991—1992 韩国国防部军备控制官办公室 核政策担当官兼南北韩 核控制共同委员会专门委员

1993—1994 国防部长政策辅佐官
1994年至今 韩国国防大学 教授
