乔治·蔡克利斯
乔治•蔡克利斯(George Chakiris)是美国近期较著名的演员，多才多艺，演、唱、舞样样都行，在银坛上红过一时，转瞬即消失了。 他1933年9月16日生于俄亥俄州诺伍德。其双亲都是希腊移民的后裔。从小有唱歌天赋，曾在教堂的唱诗班担任童声歌手。而进了中学后，又幻想当舞蹈家。毕业后，白天在公司里工作，晚上去学舞蹈。
1947年，他参加了影片《爱情之歌》的合唱而初登银幕。学成舞蹈后，他更多以临时舞蹈演……
