天空之桥
简介天空之桥（Skybridge），位于马来西亚的兰卡威（langkawi）群岛，建成于20
04年10月，总长125米，桥形呈圆弧状，主体由钢材料构成。特别让人觉得惊讶的是，这么个又大又重的“钢架”居然只用了一根支柱来支撑，支柱高87米，被固定在山腰，然后再由8根钢缆牵引，整个桥就这样最终被“吊”在了海拔687米的高空，连接着两个山头，这肯定也是它取名天空之桥（Langkawi Sky Bridge）的缘由。
这座桥因为离地面极高，而且又窄，所以要想
穿过它，需要极大的勇气的胆识。然而就是这个很有挑战性的特色，反而吸引很多爱好冒险的游客前来观光旅游，所以它也是目前马来西亚的一道重要的旅游景点。
英文介绍Langkawi sky-bridge is suspended at 700 metres above sea level. This unique curved pedestrian bridge spans 125 metres across a spectacular chasm. The view from the bridge is simply breathtaking. You'd be able to view the Andaman Sea a
nd Thailand's Tarutao Island as well. The 1.8m-wide bridge had two 3.6m-wide triangular platforms that provided a spectacular viewing-cum-resting area for visitors. Unlike straight bridges where you can see from the starting point, the bridge has been curved to provide different perspectives over the land and sea. Convenient triangular platforms located along the curved bridge provide rest areas so you can sit and appreciate both the beauty of nature and an incredible feat of engineering. Langkawi sky-bridge is safe. Considerable thought was invested to provide visitors with a psychological feeling of security. They include a double steel railing at upper body level as well as an enclosed wire mesh and timber parapet below.
