卢霏

女，山东大学教授，博士生导师。1985年毕业于山东大学光学系；1991年获光学专业工学硕士学位；1997年获凝聚态物理理学博士学位。2000年至2002年作为红堡学者在德国于利希研究中心从事半导体发光器件研究。目前主要从事离子注入光波导器件研究。

先后参加完成了多项国家、省部、校级及国家重点实验室项目，其中包括国家自然科学基金重点项目一项；自然科学基金项目两项；教育部博士点基金项目一项。目前主持承担和参加国家自然科学基金项目各一项和教育部留学回国基金项目一项。作为主要完成人先后获得国家自然科学二等奖;教育部中国高校自然科学一等奖；山东省科技进步二等奖。承担和参与申报国家发明专利两项。发表文章70余篇，除4篇被EI 收录外，其余均被SCI收录。 近三年发表的主要文章（第一作者）：
