【剧情简介】广告公司老板要求员工和客户一起参加木筏泛舟活动，藉以拟聚共识，增进感情。然而在波涛汹涌的河流中，众人开始因立场不同而产生矛盾，老板又对不可避免的悲剧意图逃避责任。一个立意良好的计划，反而成为人性阴暗面的照妖镜，编导罗伯特．巴特勒对团体活动的所谓健康积极性表达了令人沮丧的看法，尤其一向在银幕上扮演老好人的艾伦．阿尔达负责注释这个没有肩膀的老板更是令观众感到齿冷。而多灾多难的泛舟过程，则有相当高的戏剧性。
