作者简介侍德，男，教授、主任医师，南通大学手外科研究中心顾问、江苏省手外科临床医学中心学术委员会委员，著名骨科专家。1955年毕业于中国医科大学。历任南通大学附属医院（原南通医学院附属医院）骨科主任、研究生导师、创伤研究室主任；中华显微外科学会第一届委员，中华手外科学会第一届委员，中华医学会江苏省分会骨科，显微外科副主任委员、手外科学组主任委员，《中华手外科杂志》、《中华手外科杂志》、《中国上肢外科杂志》副总编辑或顾问、国际脊髓学会和中国脊髓损伤学会副主任委员。从事骨科临床、教学、科研工作30余年，特别在手外科、显微外科方面有很深的造诣，将显微外科、整形外科的技术运用于骨科和手外科方面有独特的经验，居国内领先地位。在上颈椎前路手术、胸腰椎骨折前方固定术以及人工椎体置换术等骨科技术改进方面都有贡献。
