玛歇娜·卢莎出生在阿尔巴尼亚首都地拉那，七岁时和母亲搬到美国密歇根州定居，十一岁时她曾有英语和阿尔巴尼亚语出版过一部名为《Inner Thoughts》的诗集。2002至07年卢莎在ABC的《乔治·洛佩兹秀》中主演主人公的叛逆的女儿卡梅隆而为观众熟悉，另在《法律与秩序：犯罪倾向》等剧中客串。目前她正在加州大学洛杉矶分校就读。
