Human Resource Executive
Based in our Beijing office, you will handle full scope of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, benefits programme, learning and development, organizational development, and performance management. You will also assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies in support of business objectives.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration
At least 3 years relevant experience as a Human Resource generalist
Must be able to review, evaluate, and develop enhancements, as well as communicate existing policies, implement newstrategies and procedures
Understanding of local HR practices and employment laws is essential
People-oriented with a cheerful and warm personality
Mature, resourceful, enjoys job challenges, coupled with the ability to multi-task
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
