陈利浩，远光软件股份有限公司董事长。同时担任国家会计信息化委员会委员，中国软件行业协会副理事长、财务及企业管理分会副会长，珠海市政协常委，珠海市软件行业协会会长，九三学社珠海市委员会委员。著有《低碳100》，使用环保油墨和再生纸。
1984年毕业于上海电力学院，1985年开始主持原水利电力部系统财务软件开发、并在全国水利电力系统推广，1989年调入珠海供电局、继续从事电力行业财务和管理软件的开发和推广，1998年创办远光软件股份有限公司，先后担任总裁、董事长至今。
作为国内最早的通用财务软件的研制者，陈利浩在财务和企业管理软件界有较高的知名度，研制出“程序独立性”、“业务模式数据库”、“持续优化的实施方法论”等成果，在全国性刊物和国际学术会议上发表10多篇论文。多次获省部级科技进步奖，为珠海市科技重奖特等奖首席获奖人。
陈利浩先生在2006年被广东省人民政府授予“广东省优秀民营企业家”的荣誉称号，2006珠海经济年度人物（科技创新奖），2007年度全国软件行业协会先进工作者。2008年被评为“中国信息化最具影响力35人”。
Chen Lihao, the chairman of YuanGuang Software Co., Ltd., who also serves as one of members of State Accounting Informationization Committee, as vice chairman of China Software Industry Association and the Branch of Financial and Enterprise Management, as standing committee member of Zhuhai Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, as president of Zhuhai Software Industry Association, and as one of members of Zhuhai Municipal Committee of JiuSan Society.
Following his graduation from the Shanghai Electric Power College in 1984, Mr. Chen presided over the development of the financial software, which has been promoted all over the national water conservancy and electric power systems, for the original Ministry of Water Resources and Power in 1985. Four years later, he was transferred to the Zhuhai Power Supply Bureau, and continued to engage in developing and promoting financial and management software of electric power industry. In 1998, he established YuanGuang Software Co., Ltd., and has served successively as president and chairman of the board.
As the earliest general-purpose financial software designer in China, Mr. Chen enjoys high reputation in the financial and enterprise management software industry, who published more than 10 papers in national journals and on international academic conferences, and developed the ideas of "procedural independence", "business model database", " optimization methodology of continuing implementation "，etc. He won provincial and ministerial Scientific and Technological Progress Award for many times, and the Grand Prize of Zhuhai Scientific and Technology Award (the top one) was presented to him as well.
Mr.Chen has been awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs in Guangdong Province" by Guangdong Provincial People's Government in 2006, the Zhuhai Annual Economic Personality of 2006 (Technology Innovation Award), the Advanced Workers of National Software Industry Association of 2007. In 2008, he was named "The 35 Most Influential People in Informationization Progress of China ".
