一.联盟介绍：
Dream world联盟，创立于2010年的农历新年，是一个复合性的联盟，主要已各行各业服务平台为主，策划管理为辅助，以全新的理念去带动社会的发展！联盟网罗了各行各业各种人才，其中留学生居多，以国外全新的理念去经营策划。联盟以中国为核心全球发展和第三方交易支付平台的支付系统为依托，联合其他相关专业机构共同成立的联合体。本联盟以网络为纽带，在各自经营领域保持原来的独立性，在商务经营上则紧密结合，互相依存，形成深度合作的联盟体。
二.联盟目的：
1.联合各行业内具有代表性的人物共建行业内最专业的行业网，服务于各行各业。
2.联盟内各行业网必须以商务应用为核心，成为真正代表各行业的第三方交易平台。
3.联盟内各行业网充分实现资源共享，包括品牌、数据及资讯等各种资源。
4.联盟内各成员通过自身的诚信守法经营，致力于营造一个健康诚信的联盟商务环境。
三.联盟宗旨：
聚合传统产业，以及海外留学生华侨。已全新的理念变革联盟商务。提升中国企业电子商务应用的核心竞争力。已实体的规模存在于世！ 愿与有志于网络经济、社会进步与共同发展的政府、企业、社会各阶层共同努力，共创联盟商务的辉煌。

1.以新理念促进社会的发育和成长；
2.提供商品，理念，设计，以及策划方案 。
3.征集个人作品，测试与评估已网络平台的模式，通过第三方支付平台进行发售；

五.义务与权益
本联盟会员可自由参加联盟的各个创新技术发育成长计划以及项目，会员的作品在联盟许可的支持下传播和发展，为会员积累声誉，使其成为某领域的技术专家。会员通过联盟的技术服务业务获得广泛的有偿服务机会，或直接的商业利益。

4.必须遵守联盟准则，不违反法律。

6.必须懂得去学习，去完善自己。
7.必须懂得如何去做人，拥有一定的素质修养。
8.必须熟悉掌握中文，并可以熟练的运用一门任意外语。
9.必须懂得如何去打破常规的思维方式。在某一领域拥有独特拥有独特的思路和概念。
