GetWindowWord 参数表(parameter)：
hwnd ----------- Long，想获取信息的那个窗口的句柄
nIndex --------- Long，正偏移值，指出在窗口额外字节分配的空间中取得的信息
hWnd Identifies the window and, indirectly, the class to which the window belongs.
nIndex Specifies the zero-based byte offset of the value to be retrieved.
