阿布鲁佐
阿布鲁佐, (也称为阿布鲁奇, 旧命名方式) 是意大利中南部的一个政区，原先是''阿布鲁奇-莫利塞''政区的一部分。其西北角为马尔凯, 西面是翁布里亚, 南面是拉齐奥, 东南角是莫利塞，东面是亚得里亚海。
政区面积10,794 km2;，大约有130万的人口。
政区首府为拉奎拉。整个政区被分成4个省：拉奎拉、泰拉莫、奇耶蒂和佩斯卡拉，阿布鲁佐是主要经济中心。

Each town is known for its own specialties and lamb, hearty soups, a wide variety of herbs and even chilies are seen on the dining tables of this region. It is also known for its food festivals which honor saints or simply celebrate. Their non-stop eating and drinking event is called the Panarda which serves people course after course of food.
