人物简介许改霞，女，内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市人，深圳大学光电工程学院副研究员。2000年毕业于长春光机学院光电工程系生物医学工程专业。2005年在浙江大学生物医学工程系获得工学博士学位。2005－2007年进入浙江大学光学工程博士后流动站和深圳企业博士后工作站深圳大学分站光电子学研究所从事博士后研究，2007－2008年在美国纽约州立大学Buffalo分校（SUNY）激光、光子学和生物光子学研究所（ILPB）从事博士后研究。2008年回国起，在深圳大学光电工程学院工作。[2]
