加来道雄(かく みちお,英文名Michio Kaku)（1947年1月24日－）是一位日裔美国理论物理学家。
加来道雄出生于美国加利福尼亚州圣何塞，1968年毕业于哈佛大学，1972年在伯克利加州大学获博士学位。最近25年执教于纽约市立大学，还是普林斯顿高等研究院和纽约大学的访问学者。主要研究方向是弦理论、超对称以及万有理论。
他写有很多面向大众的科普书籍，并在纽约市的WBAI广播电台主持每周一次的节目“Explorations”，讨论科学和其他大众话题。
