李有勇
人物简介:
江苏盐城人,现任苏州大学FUNSOM研究院特聘教授、博导,中国计算化学、材料模拟领域顶尖学者。
研究历程:
1993毕业于建湖高级中学,1997年获得北京大学学士学位,2000年获得北京大学硕士学位,2004年获得加州理工学院博士学位。2005年加州理工学院博士后,2006年加州理工学院材料模拟中心主任,2009年加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质(材料)实验室,被聘为教授,博士生导师。
研究领域:
计算化学,计算材料学,计算生物学,功能纳米材料、生物材料的结构和功能预测以及新型材料设计,蛋白质结构功能预测以及药物设计。
主要成果和技术贡献:
在包括J.Am.Chem.Soc, Macromolecules, J. Phys. Chem. B等国际著名期刊上共发表学术论文30余篇。在研制新的计算模拟算法中,成功发展了自由能计算方法,并应用于复杂体系,如树枝状聚合物的液晶结构,阐释了软材料聚集过程中焓和熵的分别影响,奠定了软材料的堆积原理。并成功发展了蒙特卡洛方法,被广泛应用于预测蛋白质结构的折叠部分以及聚合物,树枝状聚合物的结构。在计算机辅助药物设计研究中,发展成熟了GPCR的结构预测与药物设计方法,并与多家国际知名制药公司进行紧密合作,分别与Pfizer, Sanofi-Aventis, Boerhinger-Ingelhem, Accelerator等合作出多个靶体的活性化合物,其中与Sanofi-Aventis公司合作出活性化合物并进入了临床实验。曾获宝钢奖、IET奖、北京大学优秀三好学生标兵称号等奖项。
