阿兹区（Ards Borough Council；爱尔兰语：Comhairle Baile na hArda；阿尔斯特苏格兰语：Burgh Cooncil o' the Airds, Newton an' Blathewick），是北爱尔兰东南部的一个区，东临北海峡，西靠斯特兰福德潟湖。面积376 km²，2006年人口76,200人。区行政中心为纽顿纳兹。
