(中意合资)江西瑞晶太阳能科技有限公司成立于2008年1月，是一家集研发、生产、销售为一体的中外合资高新技术光伏企业，主要从事晶体硅太阳能电池、组件、光伏系统工程、光伏应用产的研发、制造、销售和售后服务。地处江西新余美丽的仙女湖畔，紧靠320国道与沪昆高速出口，交通十分便利，占地380余亩，建筑面积11万平方米，拥有整齐洁净的生产厂区和功能齐备的办公大楼以及环境幽雅的员工宿舍与设施齐全的康乐中心。
项目计划投资50亿元，规划产能达1GW，是江西省和新余市重点扶持的高科技企业，目前，公司已建成250MW生产线，后续生产线正在安装调试中。公司聚集了一批材料、高分子、半导体与电子电力技术专家和工程师及高级经营人才，以科研为核心，以人才为依托，以市场为导向，以管理促发展，将建设成为拥有强大生产力的综合性高新技术企业。

Jiangxi Risun Solar Energy Co., Ltd (Risun Solar) was established in January 2008, which is a Sino-Italy high-tech photovoltaic enterprise dedicated to research and development, manufacture and sales. Mainly engaged in crystalline silicon solar cells, modules, photovoltaic systems engineering, photovoltaic applications of research and development, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service. Located in Xinyu City Jiangxi Province, by the bank of Fairy Lake, is close to the Entrance of the Hukun highway, has a convenient transportation, covers an area of more than 380 acres, building area of 110,000 square meters. Has a comprehensive set of production equipment, full-featured office building, the Facilities are complete.
Project is planned to be invested 5 billion, planning capacity 1000MW. Risun Solar is the major supported high-tech enterprise of Jiangxi Province & Xinyu Government. At present, Risun has built 250MW production lines. Follow-up production line is being installed and tested.
