钦迪层石化森林是美国科罗拉多州、亚利桑那州的晚三叠纪地层，发现了众多恐龙化石。钦迪龙另一种翻译是“魔鬼龙”，几乎无据可跟，谬误应该是来自与钦迪层同时期的幽灵/魔鬼农场。钦迪龙主要分布在美国亚利桑那州新墨西哥州，是肉食恐龙，身长2米，推测体重为30公斤。
