翼椎龙(属名：Pterospondylus)意为“如翼般的脊椎骨”，是兽脚亚目腔骨龙超科恐龙的一个可疑属，生存于晚三叠纪的德国。模式种是P. trielbae，是由Otto Jaekel在1913年到1914年间，根据一个背椎而叙述。 翼椎龙有时被认为与原美颌龙是同种动物， 或者是原美颌龙的一个异名；尽管翼椎龙的化石只有一个脊椎骨，但脊椎骨的大小却是原美颌龙相应骨头的两倍。
