自然人存在

自然人存在（by a service supplier of one menber,through the prescial of natural persons in the territory of any other menber ）。它是世界贸易组织《服务贸易总协定》所适用的四种类型的服务之一。

其概念为：一国自然人到外国境内，单独或受雇于外国公司机构，向外国提供服务。如一国演员、教师、工程师、医生到另一成员国境内举办演唱会或者提供专业服务。
