三、科研工作情况（一）学术成就概述
先后主持和参加农业部丰收计划、国家教育部、山东省教育厅、韩国科技厅、韩国农业部、韩国农业振兴厅等部门的科研项目。
现主持青岛农业大大学人才基金项目1项；国家教育部资助项目一项；山东省教育厅教研课题一项；高密市土壤肥料管理站横向课题一项。
自参加工作以来共发表学术论文30余篇。曾获省科技进步奖三等奖1项、省政府科教兴农奖三等奖1项和省农业厅农业推广奖2等奖1项。
