邱金桓

邱金桓 ，男，1943年11月出生。1968年毕业于北京大学地球物理系。1982年于中国科学院大气物理研究所获硕士学位。2000年3月于日本千叶大学获博士学位。1992年起任大气物理研究所研究员，1995年起任博士生导师。现为大气物理研究所学术委员会委员、学位委员会委员，"大气科学"副主编，"Adv. Atmos. Sci."刊物的编委。1988年8月至1990年7月，由德国Max-Plank协会赞助应邀去慕尼黑大学从事激光大气遥感研究。1999年10月至2000年3月作为客座教授工作于日本千叶大学。1982年以来的其它时间一直工作于大气物理研究所。主要从事大气遥感和大气辐射传输研究，获得国家科技进步三等奖一项（1993年）、中国科学院科自然科学一等奖一项（2001）与科技进步二等奖两项（1988年和1993年）、中国民航局科学技术进步一等奖一项（1989年）。在国内外学术刊物和国际学术会议上发表论文120多篇，其中发表于SCI刊物的论文11篇(国际SCI刊物的论文 6篇)。1991年获得国家教委、国务院学位委员会颁发的"做出突出贡献的中国硕士学位获得者"称号，1998年被中华人民共和国人事部授予国家级有突出贡献的专家。
