Weir Pumps Glasgow was incorporated into Clyde Pumps Ltd in May 2007. A further advance was made in November 2008 when Union Pumps was purchased from Textron Inc. All the people, products and facilities of Union Pumps are combined with those of Clyde Pumps into a new global pumping solutions leader, CLYDEUNION.

克莱德集团于2007年5月并购了原英国伟尔泵业Weir Pumps，英国克莱德泵业Clyde Pumps随之成立。2008年11月，克莱德泵业从美国德事隆集团成功收购了Union Pumps，至此，克莱德联合泵业集成了原Union Pumps与Clyde Pumps所拥有的人才、产品与设施，成为全球领先的泵送方案供应商。
