刘敬松
西南科技大学副教授个人简介刘敬松（1975.4-）男，副教授。1998年陕西科技大学本科毕业，获学士学位，2005年3月电子科技大学研究生毕业，获博士学位并留校工作，2006年7月破格晋升副教授。2007年3月至2008年2月在葡萄牙阿威罗大学做博士后研究。2008年3月起在西南科技大学工作。2006年获四川省优秀博士学位论文。研究方向为电子薄膜与集成器件，曾为电子薄膜与集成器件国家重点实验室成员。“十·五”期间参与973重大基础研究项目一项，承担国防预先研究项目一项。2003年以来以在Physical Review B、Journal of Applied Physics、Journal of American Ceramic Society、Physical Letters A、Journal of Crystal Growth等国际主流学术杂志发表论文30余篇，均被SCI收录，2005年、2006年两次应美国Nova Science编辑部邀请，出版关于电子薄膜研究进展专著两部。获发明专利一项，申请3项。

福建建阳烈士刘敬松（？－1932），福建省建阳县麻沙镇江坊村人。曾为红军游击队战士，参加了闽北苏区的反“围剿”斗争。1932年10月编入中国工农红军闽北独立师开赴前线作战。此后失去了音讯。新中国成立后，建阳县人民政府追认刘敬松为革命烈士。
