蛋黄金枪鱼沙拉

做法：
1、将黄瓜横向切成小指长的段儿，用小刀小心的从外皮一层层往里削，直至削到黄瓜心即可，稍作整理后摆于盘中，
2、将罐装金枪鱼捞出沥去多余水分，倒入蛋黄酱和美人椒一起拌匀；
3、轻轻装于黄瓜圈中即可
