做法:

1、鸡翅根洗净,用厨房纸吸干水分;

2、用照烧酱、盐和姜片抓匀鸡翅根,充分“按摩”后腌制20-30分钟;

3、以保鲜膜覆盖容器(注意扎几个小孔)放入微波炉高火3分钟,取出翻面后再倒入适量照烧酱拌匀,再次以高火3-4分钟收干汁;

4、装盘前切些红椒圈装饰调味即可。
