补血当归鲫鱼汤

调料:

做法:

3、鲫鱼煮汤有健脾利湿、和中开胃、活血通络和温中下气之效,适合中老年人、病后虚弱者和产妇食用。

4、鲫鱼不宜和大蒜、白糖、冬瓜和鸡肉一同食用,吃鲫鱼前后忌喝茶。
