青瓜香肠蛋炒饭

中文介绍原料:隔夜饭400g、香肠70g、青瓜70g、胡萝卜50g、鸡蛋2个青瓜香肠蛋炒饭

调料:

油3汤匙、盐1茶勺、料酒1茶匙、白胡椒粉少许

做法:

1、青瓜洗净,去皮或者用刀背刮去刺,胡萝卜洗净刨皮;

2、香肠、青瓜、胡萝卜都切成小碎丁,鸡蛋打散加入料酒拌匀;

3、热锅里面加入1汤匙油,鸡蛋放入炒碎盛出;

4、再倒入剩下的油,倒入香肠,翻炒变色后倒入米饭,加入盐,炒到米饭颗粒状;

5、接着加入胡萝卜和炒好的鸡蛋继续翻炒1分钟,加入青瓜翻炒20秒,关火;

6、加入白胡椒粉调味即可。

小贴士:

1、香肠本身非常咸,盐减半。

2、白胡椒粉起到提鲜的作用,给饭增加口感。
