阳光展览是由展览业精英组建的国际化和专业化展览推广与服务公司。2004年公司于香港注册成立香港阳光国际展览推广与服务有限公司。2004年底公司于中国北京设立了分公司：北京阳光艾克国际展览有限公司。2006年，随着中国市场的快速发展，公司将总部从香港移至中国北京，力图聚焦中国市场，通过深度挖掘国际知名商展资源，为中国企业创造更多的全球商机。
